North Point Capital Acquires Equity Interest in Hanover Learning
Partnership will support Hanover’s next stage of growth and international expansion through a global growth partner network.
TORONTO — Oct 14, 2026 — North Point Capital today announced that it has acquired an equity interest in Hanover Learning, a provider of sales, management and customer service training. The partnership brings together Hanover’s learning expertise with North Point Capital’s experience in building and growing businesses.
Owned by Stephen Brennan and Stephan Mattalo, North Point Capital will work alongside Harry Erskin, VP and Co-Founder of Hanover Learning, and the company’s ownership team to expand Hanover’s reach and develop a global growth partner channel.
The strategy will focus on building relationships with partners who can introduce Hanover’s training and learning programs to organizations in new markets. Together, Hanover and North Point Capital aim to help more businesses strengthen sales execution, develop effective managers and improve customer service.
